STRAHINJA RADOVANOVIĆ – Security Council, President

He was born in Belgrade in 2000. He is a first-year student of International Studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade. He is interested in youth activism and he is working in several non-government organizations. Strahinja is founder and president of the humanitarian organizations, Youth group „Change“ and Interact club of Belgrade – Cukarica. From 2016. he is acting editor in chief of youth magazine „Teenager“. He is a member of United Nations Association of Serbia since 2015.
Strahinja Radovanovic is workaholic, eager to change the world around him. He is convinced that hard work will always be worthy and that it is the key of being successful.

ANTONIJE JEREMIĆ – Security Council, Vice President

A successful student of III belgrade high school and a former BIMUN Junior delegate in Security council. He is a sport lover and a member of Ice hockey Serbia junior team. He is interested in developing himself and he is learning new skills continuesly. He was the leader of two projects within his school. One of those projects was linked to art and cinematography, while the other one was the organization of a humanitarian sport tournament. Those projects required great organizational skills. He became a part of the BIMUN team this year because he wants to work on further developing his communication and debate skills. He is open to making new contacts. He hopes that coming BIMUN will be better than ever and he is looking forward to it.

VANJA SAMARDŽIĆ– Security Council, Vice President

She was born in Belgrade in 2002 and is currently finishing her junior year at the III Belgrade Gymnasium, bilingual class. She is devoted to languages, fluent in Italian and English, and that allowed her to volunteer as a translator at “Milano Salone di mobile” two years in a row. Vanja has volunteered and worked with the University of Belgrade Faculty of Philology, Slavic society of Serbia (Russian languages), Society of Serbian language and literature of Serbia, Serbian Rowing federation and Belgrade Business run among others…  

Vanja is an active member of in the student parliament at her school and she is one of the co-organizers od Third Belgrade Gymnasium Film Festival. She has been a part of BIMUN in the previous year, as a delegate, witch lead to her getting a recognition for the Best delegate of the Security Council junior. This year she plans to improve her negotiation and leadership skills thru BIMUN, which  will help in the pursue of her academic studies.


ANA MATIĆ – Security Council, Recording Secretary

She is final year student at XIV Belgrade High School. Ana is very open-minded,communicative and ambitious person. She enjoys reading, traveling and meeting new people. This is her third time at BIMUN, first as volunteer, then as delegate, and now as a member of BIMUN team. Besides diplomacy and politics, Ana is interested in theater, literature and photography.
